Terms of Service

1. The service

The Platform provides tools to message customers through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and to manage a Business Profile on Google Maps. We are neither Meta nor Google; some features depend on their services and terms, and may change when they change them.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret; you are responsible for everything done in your account and by the team members you add.
• Tell us at [Contact email] straight away if you suspect your account is being used without your permission.

3. Using WhatsApp: your obligations

• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms.
• Message only customers who have agreed to receive your messages, and respect requests to stop (the Platform applies them automatically).
• Keep the content of your messages and templates lawful, accurate and not misleading.
• Meta approves or rejects templates at its own discretion, and may restrict a number or lower its quality rating because of recipients' complaints. We help you avoid rejection, but we do not guarantee Meta's decisions and are not responsible for their consequences.

4. Using Google

Comply with Google's terms and its policies for Business Profiles and reviews. Do not post fake reviews or offer rewards for reviews, and reply to reviews honestly and respectfully.

5. Fees and the wallet

• Subscription fees are as shown on the pricing page; message costs are shown before sending and charged to your wallet balance.
• The wallet is topped up by the payment methods shown in the Platform, including cash or bank transfer confirmed by our team.
• Prices may change, including when Meta changes its prices; we will tell you before any change takes effect.
• Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added as the law requires.
• Requests to refund an unused balance when an account is closed are handled in line with applicable law.

6. Your content and data

Your content and your customers' data belong to you. You allow us to process them only as far as needed to provide the service to you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You are responsible for your customers' data and for having a lawful basis to message them.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to:

• send spam, fraudulent or unlawful messages;
• abuse or harass anyone, or publish content that infringes others' rights;
• attempt to break into, disrupt, overload or scrape the Platform;
• resell the Platform without a written agreement with us.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Platform available at all times but cannot guarantee it. It may pause for maintenance, or because of outages at Meta, Google or our hosting provider.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or Meta's or Google's policies, does not pay its fees, or puts the Platform or other users at risk. We will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

10. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, data or reputation, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You are responsible for any claim arising from your messages or content, or from your breach of these terms or of Meta's or Google's policies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will tell you about any material change before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after it takes effect means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
